Booking and Cancellation Policy
Upon booking, you will be required to enter a payment card to secure your appointment. No charges will be made to the card unless you cancel or re-schedule within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Your card on file will be charged 100% for the service you are scheduled for if you do not contact us to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours to the start time of your appointment..
Appointments can be booked online through our booking system, in-salon, phone, or directly through instagram. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Also a reminder email/text message will be sent 48 hours before your appointment with instructions on how to arrive with your hair.
We ask you that you arrive for your appointment with your hair 100% dry and showing its natural curl pattern. This means you must not arrive for your appointment with your hair wet/ tied in a ponytail/bun/clip/twist-out/straightened or any other style that isn't a representation of your natural curl pattern. Please come with your hair styled, how you naturally wear it out, without the use of oily/ buttery products. If your hair requires extensive detangling or is not in a workable state we may have to ask you to reschedule or additional service charges may apply. Please come with an open mind and ready to love your curls.
